Is it safe to give remote access?
Remote access is completely safe. Our technicians remotely log in to our customer’s computer using Logmein, which is safe. It is one-time access, and once the session ends, the access is immediately terminated. When are our technicians are logged in, working on the computers, customers can view whatever they are doing on the computer.
On some occasions, the technician will take permission from the customer before performing any operation. At any point, the technician will not be accessing any personal data on the customer’s computer.
